Professional Qualifications

Professional qualifications include a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Jane Addams College of Social Work. I am licensed by the state of Illinois and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. I have over twelve years of experience in behavioral and mental health services.

License number: IL-149-005255

My associates are all master level social workers and licensed by the State of Illinois.
